Greg A. ReedPresident and Chief Executive Officer
Greg A. Reed is President and Chief Executive Officer of eHealth Ontario and a member of its board of directors.
After obtaining a B.Sc. in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, Greg began his career as a Systems Engineer with IBM. He then attended Harvard Business School where he earned an MBA, after which he spent 20 years with international strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company in New York, London (UK) and Toronto. There, he worked to turn around distressed companies, assisted telecom and technology firms, and co-founded McKinsey's global Electronic Commerce Practice. During the past several years Greg has been the CEO of both an investment firm and a Canadian bank.
Greg is a Director of the National Arts Centre Foundation where he chairs the Finance Committee, is Vice-Chair of Business for the Arts, and is a former Director of the National Ballet of Canada.

Alice Keung
Chief Operating Officer
Alice Keung has operational responsibility for transforming eHealth Ontario from a project management organization to a service delivery organization. She previously served as the agency’s SVP, Development and Delivery. Alice is a senior executive with international experience negotiating and managing large-scale projects with more than 20 years of experience across various industries. Alice holds an MBA from John Molson School of Business at Concordia, and has twice been recognized as one of Canada’s “Top 100 Most Influential Women”. She is also a recipient of the “Award of Distinction” from Concordia University in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the worlds of both business and community.
Rob Basque
SVP, Operations
Rob is responsible for raising eHealth Ontario’s internal capacity to the level of a leading IT service provider. He has over 20 years experience in senior operations roles with leading service provider organizations, most recently as Senior Manager, Data Centre Services at Capgemini. Prior to this, he worked at Ontario Power Generation.
John E. MooreSVP, Corporate Services
John is responsible for Finance, Privacy, Strategy/Business Planning, Shareholder Relations, Policy and Strategic Sourcing.
He has extensive experience supporting and strengthening organizational performance through the integration of information technology and the alignment of IT resources with business objectives. Previous roles include Vice President, Starfield Consulting (Management Consulting); Vice President, Central Region of RIS Inc. (IT Services); Vice President, Nuclear Systems at New Horizon (Cap Gemini Ernst & Young subsidiary, providing IT services to Ontario Power Generation); Partner , Ernst & Young; and Vice President/Managing Director, DMR Group, Toronto (Consulting). He is a graduate of York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Master of Business Administration.
Fariba RawhaniSVP, Development and Delivery
Fariba, senior vice president of development and delivery, is accountable for developing and delivering technology products and services on behalf of eHealth Ontario. Her responsibilities include architecture and planning, product development and strategy, program governance process, quality and release management, cornerstone / electronic health record foundational systems, physician ehealth (electronic medical records rollout), technology development and delivery departments.
Known for her transformational leadership skills and creating compelling visions, Fariba holds an MBA from Ivey School of Business. She builds high-performing organizations by engaging stakeholders. An accomplished global executive, Fariba has built a successful 20-year career holding senior positions including senior vice president and chief information officer, CIBC; global vice president, EDS; president, Minacs Worldwide and chief executive officer, FDR Consultants Group. Fariba also is the president of the board of directors of Justice Net.
Frank Work
SVP Privacy and Policy
Frank is responsible for helping us accelerate our adoption of best practices and policies for achieving the highest standards of privacy protection of personal health information. He previously served as Alberta's chief information and privacy commissioner, overseeing the adoption of that province's electronic health records. Prior to this, Frank served as parliamentary counsel to the Legislative Assembly of Alberta. He has also worked for the World Bank and the United Nations. He is both a graduate of the University of Calgary and McGill Law School.
